Ingredients

  • rice - 1 cup
  • water - 4 cups
  • tomatoes - 2 cups (grinded)
  • spinach - 7 oz (200 g)
  • chicken wings - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 pc.

How to make

Pour the oil into a wide pot and heat it up.

Clean the chicken wings and fry them, until they're done.

Clean and wash the spinach and add it to the chicken wings. Peel the carrot and onion and chop them.

Add them to the pot and stir. Leave them to stew under the lid, by stirring occasionally.

Once all the vegetables have softened, add the rice, pour the tomatoes and the hot water.

Add salt and mix. After everything has boiled, wait 10 minutes and turn off the stove. Leave the dish covered, until all the liquid is absorbed.

The rice with wings and tomatoes is very tasty.
