How to make
Wash, clean and boil then the chicken leg. Take it out and debone it.
Cut the leeks, onion and carrot into small pieces. Fry them in oil.
Add the rice and when it becomes transparent, pour 3 cups from the broth, in which the chicken leg has boiled. Add the meat and spices.
Transfer them into a baking pan. Arrange the tomatoes and bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 40-45 minutes, until the water evaporates.
The cooked oven-baked rice is sprinkled with parsley.
