  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • soy milk - 1 cup
  • coconut milk - 1/2 cup (canned)
  • flour - 2 cups
  • coconut oil
  • salt - a pinch
  • sugar - a pinch

How to make

Put all of the products (except the coconut oil) in a blender and blend at high speed.

Turn it off and transfer the mixture into a bowl.

Heat a pancake pan and add a little coconut oil.

One ladle of the mixture and distribute it evenly.

Bake on both sides, until it aquires a golden color.

Place the pancake into a plate and do the same, until you run out of the mixture.

Serve the favorite pancakes with honey, marmalade, chocolate or something of your choice.

These soy pancakes go with absolutely everything.
