How to make
I have a recipe for something that is very similar to lasagna, but instead of lasagna sheets, zucchini are used.
Cut the zucchini into thin strips lengthwise and lightly roast them on a grill pan. Fry the finely chopped garlic and when it turns golden, add the minced meat.
Fry well. Add all of the spices and tomato paste, diluted with a little water. Let the sauce simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Arrange the products in a baking pan, by starting with the sauce, arrange a row of zucchini on top and so on, until you have used up everything, finishing off with zucchini on top.
Arrange the thinly sliced mozzarella and sprinkle with grano padano and a little fresh basil.
If you do not have fresh, in the sauce itself you can use dry or replace it with 2 spoons of ready-made basil pesto.
Roast the zucchini, until they're done.
The roasted zucchini with bolognese and mozzarella are very tasty.
