  • zucchini - 3 pcs.
  • red onion - 1/2 onion
  • tomato paste - 300 ml
  • fresh thyme - 2 tbsp.
  • black pepper

How to make

Preheat the oven to 370°F (190 degrees) and grease the baking pan with olive oil. Cut the zucchini into thin slices and place half of them the baking pan. Add the chopped onion.

Pour half of the tomato paste and sprinkle it with thyme, season with salt, black pepper and if desired, you can add a little garlic.
