How to make
Mix the chocolate and peanut butter in a bowl. Leave the mixture in the freezer for at least an hour to set well.
Lightly roll out the puff pastry and with the help of a ring, cut out circles from it. The top circle should be a little bigger, since we will add stuffing and this will slightly raise the base.
Put a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of the ring. Place the larger circle of dough on top and gently press the edges, so that they stick and so that the filling does not come out during baking.
You can also add a beaten egg (but only on one circle), so that they can stick.
All of the ready puff pastries can be spread with egg on top.
Place them in a preheated oven and bake them according to the instructions on the puff pastry package.
They can be eaten both hot and cold.
The puff pastries with peanut butter and liquid chocolate are ready.
