How to cook
First make the dough from the listed products. Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate it for half an hour.
Peel and slice the pumpkin.
Put baking paper in the oven tray and spread the diced pumpkin. Put 1-2 tbsp. of olive oil, a pinch of salt and mix well with your hands. Roast it for 15 minutes.
Wash and cut leeks into strips. Caramelize them in a pan and leave them to cool.
Take out the finished dough and spread it out onto baking paper.
Crumble the white cheese, add one row of pumpkin, leeks and another row of pumpkin (be careful not to mash it when adding the pumpkin).
Fold the edges of the savory pie, spread it with egg yolk and bake at 340°F (170°C).
The Pumpkin, Caramelized Onion, and Feta Galette is ready.
