Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 large eggs (XL)
  • cream - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • sugar - 1 oz (30 g) or by taste /I used stevia and erythritol/
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp.
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • coconut flour - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • coconut shavings - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • cherries - a little (chopped)

How to make

Beat all of the ingredients without the coconut shavings.

They are added at the end and mixed with a spatula.

The mixture is distributed in molds. You can use any - for cupcakes, for tartlets. Add pieces of cherries on top.

I baked the sweet pies in the air fryer. Bake program, 10 minutes at 320°F (160°C) and 3 minutes at 300°F (150°C).

Bake in the oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes, but keep an eye on them! Mine is gas and bakes differently. The oven should be preheated.
