How to make
Clean the trout.
Cut the tomatoes and lemons into circles.
Season the trout with salt on all sides.
Clean the garlic cloves. Cut them into small pieces.
Arrange the pieces of lemon, tomato and garlic in the bellies of the fish. Add the spices. Drizzle with olive oil.
Arrange the trout in a tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake the fish in a preheated oven, until they aquire an appetizing color.
