How to make
In a bowl, put all the spices along with the oil, without the wine. Mix everything well.
The spices are a matter of taste, so I did not write the exact amount. Cut the onion into slices.
Flavor each steak, by placing it in the marinade. Arrange them in a big plate. Flavor all of the steaks. Arrange the onions between the steaks.
Wrap them in foil and leave them for 12 hours in the refrigerator, at least 1 hour before you start grilling the steaks, add the wine - about 1/2 cup. I recommend white wine.
They become very tender and juicy. Enjoy your meal!
