Recipe for instant healthy sweet hummus!
Pour all of the ingredients into the blender jug: 1/2 cup of chickpeas (boiled or from a jar - strained), 2 tablespoons natural white sesame tahini, 1 tbsp. brown cane sugar crystals, 1 packet of vanilla powder, 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed - flaxseed flour, 1 tbsp. natural cocoa, 2 tbsp. organic carob flour, 3 tbsp. homemade dandelion honey, 1 tsp. natural cold pressed sesame oil and 3 tbsp. spring water.
Blend, until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained for the sweet spread.

Serve the sweet hummus with carob and honey, decorated with hazelnuts, for homemade oatmeal cookies, sesame seed bars, sugar cookies, vanilla sweets or honey cookies!
