Ingredients

  • cherries - 1 cup (pitted)
  • peppers - red and green (chopped)
  • cucumbers - 1/4 pc.
  • onion - 1/4 pc.
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • garlic - 1/2 clove

How to make

Peel the cucumber, onion and a garlic. Wash all of the vegetables, along with cherries well.

Put everything in a food processor or blender. Add salt, vinegar and olive oil.

Blend everything at high speed, so that no pieces remain. Pour the gazpacho into suitable cups and serve it immediately.

The cherry and pepper gazpacho is very fresh and pleasant!
