How to make
Peel the potatoes and dice them.
Clean the peppers, cut them finely and put them to braise with the onions in a large pot in a mixture of butter and oil or just oil.
Then add the potatoes and stir for a few minutes. Salt and pour in water or broth, enough to cover the ingredients.
Let it come to a boil until the potatoes soften, add the cloves and bay leaf, along with black pepper peppercorns if desired.
Then add the tomato paste and season the dish with salt, stirring well.
Remove the cloves and bay leaf from the ready dish.
