How to make
The peppers are roasted and peeled. For convenience, they can be baked in the oven in a larger baking pan covered with baking paper.
The roasted peppers are cleaned from the seeds and cut into pieces, for example one pepper - into four pieces.
Heat the oil and fry the chopped peppers for 8 minutes. Take them out with a slotted spoon.
Beat the yogurt with the clove of mashed garlic, add as much salt as you like and chopped dill. Pour it into a plate and place the prepared fried peppers on top.
Pour a few spoons of heated oil. Sprinkle with crushed dried red pepper and optionally with a little fenugreek.
