"Sweet miracle only with bread and a few aromatic spices"

  • milk - 13.5 fl oz (400 ml)
  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp.
  • sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • bread - 8 pcs. (for a toaster)
  • butter - 2.1 oz (60 g) room temperature
  • eggs - 4 pcs.

  • blueberries - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • whiskey - 1 cap
measures

How to make

Oven - 360°F (180°C); Deep ceramic mold.

In a large bowl with a wire whisk, beat the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, milk and whiskey. The mixture is set aside.

Grease each slice of bread with butter on one side and spread the remaining soft butter on the baking tray. Arrange the slices two by two and remove the crust, then cut triangles in the middle.

They are placed in the mold with the sharp tip up. Distribute the raisins and blueberries between them and pour the egg mixture over them, by distributing it on each slice.

The mold is wrapped in foil and left overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 50-60 minutes or until a pleasant color is obtained on the slices of bread. Serve it with a spoon with a ball of whipped cream.

The Traditional Irish Pudding with Blueberries and Raisins is ready.

I will write just one sentence, this is a very easy, quick and wonderful pudding for a good Sunday breakfast and why not an afternoon snack with a cup of quality bitter coffee.
