How to make
Mix the flour with the sugar, salt and baking soda. Add the flour and while stirring nonstop add the raisins.
Beat the egg and add it to the mixture along with the cream. Knead the dough well, form a ball and put it in a greased and floured baking dish.
Make a cross-shaped cut on the bread and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 45 min. at 360°F (180°C).
