How to make
Knead the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs and spices. Leave the minced meat to stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove the stems of the peppers and cut the narrow part on the other side.
Fill them with grated or finely chopped mozzarella.
Cut the bacon into small pieces. Put enough minced meat as for two meatballs on cling film. Shape it into a rectangle with your hands.
Sprinkle it with bacon and place the pepper in the middle. Using the cling film, close and shape the rolls.
Finely crush the cornflakes and mix them with the breadcrumbs.
Bread the rolls and fry them over medium heat, until they aquire a golden color and by turning them several times.
The stuffed minced meat rolls are very tasty!
