How to make
Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl to a white creamy consistency.
Keep stirring while adding the oil gradually.
Sift in the flour mixed with the baking powder, as well as the yogurt.
Add the vanilla.
Stir with a spatula, or a wooden spoon gently to a homogeneous mix.
Transfer the mix into a greased cake form.
Sprinkle with the chopped dark chocolate.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake the Vanilla and Chocolate Cake for about 30 minures.
Insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean the cake is ready.
Sift the Best Yogurt Cake with powdered sugar and serve.
