Clean and wash the chicken. Salt it inside and out and set it aside.
Prepare the stuffing in a bowl. For this purpose it is necessary to cut the yellow cheese, processed cheese and smoked bacon into cubes.
Clean the mushrooms and cut two of them into cubes and add them to the stuffing. Mix well and fill the chicken with the mixture. If necessary, close the hole with toothpicks, so that the filling does not come out.
Put the chicken in a glass pot. If there is any leftover stuffing, spread it on the side of the chicken.
Cut the remaining mushrooms and peeled onions into slices. Sprinkle with a little salt and black pepper. Mix them and put them around the chicken as well. It is best to put the chicken with the breasts facing down.
This way they will not dry out when roasting the chicken. Spread butter on top and sprinkle with chicken seasoning. Pour a little white wine and cover the glass pot with a lid.
Roast in the oven at 390°F (200°C). Shortly before it is ready, remove the lid and roast, until the chicken skin aquires a pleasant color.
The stuffed roasted chicken with bacon is ready.
