You can replace honey with agave syrup or maple syrup if you prefer. The peanut butter can be replaced with any other tahini.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath with a tablespoon of honey and set it aside.
Blend the coconut shavings with honey, peanut butter and walnuts, until a crumbly paste is obtained.
Pour it into a deep bowl and add the crushed cocoa beans.
Pour the melted chocolate and mix well.
Shape the vegan coconut stumps with your fingers and refrigerate them for 20 minutes.
