How to make
Very easy and quick vegan brownies, for which you only need to separate the dry and liquid ingredients into two separate bowls and then combine them.
I mixed everything with a spoon.
Soak the chia seeds in 6 tablespoons of water, stir and let them sit for 30 minutes until they swell.
Then put them in a bowl and add the liquid ingredients to them (agave syrup, which you can replace with the same amount of maple syrup, melted coconut oil, milk and the finely chopped 5 dates.
I used fresh dates without sugar. Stir.
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients (coconut flour, carob and baking powder). Mix them and add them in portions to the liquid ingredients.
Finally, add the coarsely chopped walnuts.
Spread the mixture in a suitable baking pan and level it out.
Bake the vegan cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 30 minutes until fully baked.
After baking, let the brownie cool slightly and then cut it.
