How to make
Turn the oven on to 170°C.
Line the baking tray (8x8″ /20x20 cm/) with baking paper.
Boil the dates to soften them, dry them and clean them.
Add the chopped beets, dates and eggs in a bowl, stir, then add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine everything.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Leave the brownies to cool.
Fully chilled, this brownie is perfect.
