How to make
Put the flour in a bowl. Add the sugar and butter, cut into pieces. Mix the flour with your hands, until crumbs are obtained.
Wash, peel, cut the pears and apples into small pieces. Add the flour, cinnamon and sugar. Stir well, until everything is mixed.
Place them in a 9.5″ (24 cm) baking pan, which has been greased with butter.
Distribute the crumbs evenly, by trying to cover the fruit completely. Bake the crumble at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes. The apple and pear crumble is ready.
