How to make
Sift the flour. Add salt and gradually water, while kneading an elastic dough. Leave the dough to rest and after about an hour knead it onto a floured surface.
It is divided into 10 balls, which are rolled out into thin flatbread pieces. Bake them on both sides in a heated pan with a thick bottom.
The finished Indian Chapati Bread are spread with butter, stacked on top of each other and wrapped in a towel.
