How to make
Mix the flour, salt, cumin and yeast together. Add the yoghurt and water and gradually knead a smooth dough that needs to rise for 20 minutes in a warm place. Knead the dough once again and divide it into 8 balls.
Roll out each ball thinly into a small circle on a floured surface. Immediately fry them in preheated oil, which needs to cover the bread, flipping to fry on both sides.
While frying, they swell and become like a balloon. Freshly fried Indian Bhatura bubble bread is hard, but after about 2 minutes, it softens.
