How to make
Start by preparing the caramelized hazelnuts. Crush them into large pieces. Mix the water and sugar, and bring to a boil.
Add the hazelnuts and stir quickly.
Cut the banana in half, lengthwise. Add a ball of chocolate ice cream, a tsp raspberry and a tsp vanilla.
Sprinkle with half of the caramelized nuts.
Beat the sweetened sour cream and place on top of the banana and ice cream. Sprinkle with the remaining nuts.
Drizzle with the caramel topping and sour cherry liquor.
Garnish with a few cocktail cherries on top.
