Ingredients

  • biscuits - 7 oz (200 g)
  • almonds - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g), ground
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • butter - 1 packet
  • cream cheese - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • powdered sugar - 3 tbsp
  • cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • lemon zest - of 1 lemon
  • bananas - 3
  • caramelized sugar - 3 tbsp, for decoration

How to make

Combine the crumbled biscuits with the ground almonds and melted butter. Distribute the mixture along the bottom of a form. Bake for 5 min. at 350°F (175 °C).

Beat the cream cheese and to it add the sugar, vanilla, lemon zest and whipped cream. Stir the cream until it becomes fluffy.

Cut the bananas into round slices and arrange them on top of the layer. Pour the prepared cream on top. Sprinkle the cake with caramelized sugar and leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
