How to make
Start by preparing the caramel. Caramelize the sugar in a saucer.
Add the butter and once melted pour in the hot cream.
Stir to achieve a homogeneous mix.
Add the almonds and set aside.
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
Brush the silicone molds with the melted chocolate.
Chill in the fridge and repeat.
Fill up the chocolate molds with caramel. Pour the remaining chocolate mix on top.
Chill the Chocolate Candy and remove from the molds.
