How to make
Clean the mackerel, wash it, debone it and then divide into fillets. Dry it with kitchen paper.
Season the fish fillets with the spices - black pepper, Himalayan salt, white and pink pepper, ginger, coriander, cumin, hot paprika flakes, garlic flakes and dried parsley. Drizzle them with olive oil.
Cover the mackerel fillets with foil and leave them to cool for at least an hour.
Then roast them on a well-heated grill for 5-6 minutes on each side - first place them on the grill with the skin side down.
Drizzle the prepared grilled fish with lemon juice.
The grilled mackerel with wonderful marinade is very tasty.
