Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • flour - 1 cup
  • milk - 1 and 1/2 cups
  • spinach - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • cream cheese - 4.2 oz (120 g)

How to make

Clean, wash and cut the spinach into strips.

Fry it along with the finely chopped spring onions and leave them on the stove, until they soften. Add salt, black pepper and nutmeg.

Prepare the pancake mixture by beating the eggs with the milk and flour.
