How to make
Soak 1/4 cup of fine oatmeal in 3/4 of filtered spring water for about 20 minutes. Then blend with a blender and strain the prepared homemade vegan milk from the bran through a fine strainer.
Pour 5 tablespoons of chia seeds into the oat milk, soak them for about 40-50 minutes, until they swell up and absorb the milk.
Add 1 packet of vanilla and 3-4 full tablespoons of homemade strawberry jam and stir.
Serve the delicate dessert - vegan chia pudding with wild strawberry jam, in small glass cups.
