How to make
Beat the mascarpone along with the powdered sugar, by sifting it beforehand, so that there are no lumps.
Dip each ladyfinger in the warm espresso coffee, to which you have also added rum.
Arrange one row of ladyfingers (12 pieces) in a suitable plate. Spread a thick layer of mascarpone (you can also use a piping bag ).
Arrange a second row of ladyfingers. Spread mascarpone on top again.
Sprinkle with cocoa.
Leave the tiramisu for about 3-4 hours, after which you can cut it and serve it.
