How to make
Soak the bread in the milk.
Finely chop the onion and fry it briefly.
Blend the salmon along with the onions and soaked bread.
Divide the eggs, beat the egg whites well, add the yolks to the fish.
Finely chop the dill, add it to the fish and season with salt and black pepper.
Drizzle with lemon juice. Add the beaten egg whites to the fish and mix everything well.
Grease your molds and pour the resulting mixture in them.
Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake the fish souffle in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve the fish souffle appetizer with fresh spices.
