"A great idea for a dinner for two"

Ingredients

  • couscous - 9 oz (250 g)
  • butter - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • salt - by taste
  • water
  • coconut milk - 8.5 fl oz (250 ml)
  • curry paste - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • lime - 1 pc.
  • tuna - 4 small tins
  • yogurt

How to make

Put couscous, butter and salt into a bowl. Boil the water and add the couscous. Wait for it to swell.

Chop the onion and garlic and fry them in olive oil. Add the curry paste and stir.

Pour the coconut milk and stir. Add salt and black pepper.

Strain the tuna from the olive oil. Pour the sauce over the couscous and stir. Add the pieces of tuna.

Drizzle with lime juice and garnish with Greek yogurt.

The couscous with curry and tuna is ready.
