Couscous is a type of pasta that we often use in pasta salads, breakfasts, with honey and butter, with cheese, with milk and sugar.

Today I prepared it in another, unique version - as a tuna salad.

First, the pasta should be cooked according to the instructions on the package.

Then it is washed with cold water so that it does not stick together.

It is distributed in portion plates.

Distribute the sauce on the sides of the plate, mine is spicy, ready made and also distribute the canned tuna on the sauce.

And in the middle of the pasta, put a prepared mix of avocado and tomato, seasoned with salt, olive oil and a pinch of basil. The quantity is optional.

All that remains is to pour a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle with a little basil and we have a nutritious and delicious dish ready.
