How to make
Mix the butter along with the sugar for these various crinkle cookies into a bowl.
Add the eggs, lemon juice and beat, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Add the flour and turmeric and knead a soft dough.
Wrap the dough in cling film and leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C), take out the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into small balls.
Roll each ball generously in powdered sugar, arrange the Christmas Crinkle Cookies in a baking pan and bake them for 15 minutes.
