  • turkey meat - 1.8 lb (800 g)
  • smoked bacon - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • potatoes - 1.8 lb (800 g)
  • beer - 1 cup (200 ml)
  • oil - 6 tbsp.
  • sage - 2 stalks
  • tarragon - 2 stalks
  • chicken seasoning

How to make

Peel the potatoes, cut them into circles and arrange them in a large baking pan.

Cut the mushrooms into slices and the bacon into small pieces.
