Ingredients

  • filo pastry sheets - 1 package (500 g)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • vanilla - 2 pcs (4 g)
  • oranges - 2 pcs. (the peel)
  • juice from 1 orange
  • oil - a little more than 1/2 cup
  • cold syrup
  • water - 3 cups
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • oranges - 3 pcs. (the peel)
  • orange juice - juice from 1 orange

How to make

All of the products for the orange filo pastry pie are combined and mixed well.

The filo pastry sheets are torn into small pieces and added into the cake mixture.

Bake the orange filo pastry pie in an oven at 360°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the 30°F (sugar syrup), which should be cold when pouring it over the easy orange filo pastry pie.

Mix all of the ingredients for it and leave it to boil for 10 minutes.
