How to make
The fish is cleaned from the entrails, then it is washed and salted.
Stuffing preparation: The garlic and walnuts are crushed and the finely chopped olives, dill, a pinch of salt and olive oil are added to them.
Mix well and fill the fish's bellies with the resulting mixture.
Once they are stuffed, arrange them in a baking pan and sprinkle them with spices and drizzle them with a little olive oil.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C, until they're ready.
The fish can be served with a potato salad.
