How to make
Melt the chocolate and pour it into a medium-sized bowl, add the mashed avocado, a pinch of salt, vanilla and sweetener.
Mix everything very well, until you get a smooth mixture for the healthy truffles.
Refrigerate it for 1 hour to thicken.
Scoop from the mixture with a small spoon and form the chocolate truffles, which are then rolled in cocoa.
