How to make
In a deep bowl, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water, add a little flour, salt and stir.
Continue to add a little flour, until a very soft dough is obtained (a little flour - soft mekitsi).
Cover the bowl with foil and leave the dough to rise (30-40 minutes).
When it is ready, heat the oil and with greased hands tear a little of the dough, form the soft mekitsi and carefully fry them in the oil.
When they are ready, turn them over and then place them onto kitchen paper.
