Ingredients

  • pumpkin - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper
  • oats - for sprinkling
  • milk - 1.7 fl oz (50 ml)
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • parsley

How to make

The pumpkin is cleaned and cut into large cubes. Peel and slice the potatoes and carrots.

Add the spices, oil, salt and black pepper. Put them in a small pot and pour 1 liter and a half of water to boil.

When they are ready, pour some of the water out, but do not throw it away - keep it. The remaining mixture is pureed and diluted with the separated water to the required density.

Pour the milk, stir and serve the pumpkin soup into a bowl.

Sprinkle with oats on top and you can also sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

The pumpkin soup with oats is ready.
