How to make
Put the potatoes to boil without peeling them. Put a pinch of salt in the water. Do not overcook them, they must be firm.
Once they have slightly cooled, cut the boiled potatoes in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, carve the inside out. Mix it with salt, black pepper and butter.
Stir the beaten eggs and crumbled cheese. Mix the whole mixture.
Put one slice of ham in all of the potato boats. Leave the edges to protrude. Fill the potatoes with 1 tbsp. of the stuffing.
Bake the potatoes, until they're well baked at 390°F (200°C). Serve the baked potatoes with a rich filling, sprinkled with parsley.
