Ingredients

  • pumpkin - 7 oz (200 g) boiled, pureed
  • cottage cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • tangerines - the juice of 1 tangerine
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • brown sugar - 5 oz (140 g)
  • flour - 8 oz (230 g) with leavening agent (or + 2 tsp baking powder)
  • oil - 5 1/3 tbsp (70 ml)
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp. (or by taste)
  • nutmeg - 2 pinches

How to make

Beat the egg with the sugar, honey, pumpkin puree, tangerine juice, cottage cheese and oil.

All of the dry ingredients are added to this mixture, which have been sifted together in advance, in order to mix perfectly.

The dry and liquid mixture are mixed together, until a homogeneous and soft dough is obtained, which can be filled in a piping bag. If it is thick, add more tangerine juice.

The pumpkin sweets are piped out with a star shaped tip into a beautiful shape, at a distance from each other.

Bake them at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until they start smelling nice and aquire a pleasant color.

The pumpkin and cottage cheese sweets are soft, very pleasant and fragrant. They are suitable as a Christmas dessert and can be stuck together with cottage cheese cream or served with whipped cream.

The quantity of products is for two trays of homemade sweets.
