  • white wine - 1/2 cup (semi - dry, or sweet)
  • black pepper - 2 pinches (or by taste)
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Boil the duck gizzards, until they soften. You can save the aromatic broth for a delicious duck soup.

Cut them into slices and sprinkle them with black pepper.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the spring onions, which have been coarsely chopped. Add the sliced ​​duck gizzards along with the butter and fry them.

Pour the wine and citrus juices, season with salt and cook, until the sauce is reduced, it thickens and the aromas merge. Season with more black pepper, if you like.
