Ingredients

  • broccoli - 1/2 head
  • cauliflower - 1/2 head
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.
  • sour cream - 1 lb (450 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs. XL or 3 smaller
  • black pepper - by taste
  • dried dill - by taste
  • salt - by taste
  • tarragon - 2 pinches
  • parsley - 2 - 3 tbsp. (finely chopped, fresh or dried)
  • lemon juice - from 1/2 citrus (or more)
  • yellow cheese - for sprinkling

How to make

Clean and wash the two vegetables and divide into smaller chunks. Blanch them in salted water or steam them. They should be left al dente, so the broccoli will need about 8 minutes and cauliflower more, so check them and when it softens slightly, remove them from the heat.

Arrange the broccoli and cauliflower chunks in a baking pan greased with olive oil and drizzle with a little more fat, lemon juice and sprinkle them with salt.

Mix the sour cream along with the spices, garlic (finely grated) and as much salt as you like.

Beat the eggs and add them to the cream mixture. Pour it over the vegetables in the baking pan and put it in the oven at 390°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes.

Take out the baking pan, sprinkle with yellow cheese and place it back into the oven briefly, until the cheese melts or until it has aquired an appetizing color.

Serve the dish warm.
