How to make
The oatmeal, both types of flour, brown sugar, soda, cocoa and a pinch of salt are poured into a blender. Everything is blended briefly at medium speed. The oatmeal should not become into a powdered, it should be in small pieces. With this procedure, the dry ingredients will mix perfectly.
Add the butter - cold, in pieces, honey, lemon juice and milk and the blender is again turned on at medium speed for a few seconds. A firm paste should be obtained, so if necessary, add a little more flour of the type you prefer and blend again with the appliance briefly.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C). From the dough, form balls and flatten them and arrange them at a distance in a tray covered with baking paper.
Bake the oatmeal cookies in two batches for 10-12 minutes.
Allow the chocolate oatmeal cookies to cool and serve them for breakfast with a cup of coffee or milk, or prepare them for the office or school.
