"Who does not like easy to prepare, but very tasty dishes - on this occasion, we have a great stuffed mushrooms recipe for you"

Ingredients

  • field mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g) large
  • provolone - about 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • mozzarella - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • oregano - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste
measures

How to make

Separate the mushroom stumps and set them aside for another recipe, because you won't need them in this one.

Peel the mushrooms from their outer skin, which is peeled easily, when you pull from the edges. You do not need to wash them and it is not recommended unless it is urgent and there is dirt. You can just wipe them with a damp clean cloth to remove it.

Add a little salt to each cap and fill each one with a small piece of mozzarella, sprinkle them with oregano and add more Provolone cubes on top and oregano again.

Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a baking pan greased with olive oil and if desired, drizzle more olive oil on top.

Bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 16-18 minutes depending on the size of the mushrooms.

Serve this quick appetizer warm. You can experiment with cheeses using other combinations - blue cheese, Gouda, Parmesan, Grana Padano, plain yellow cheese and others.

There is nothing easier than some warm and delicious oven-baked stuffed mushrooms!

Enjoy your meal!
