Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • egg whites - 2 pcs.
  • einkorn flour - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • oatmeal - 1.6 oz (45 g)
  • yogurt - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • white cheese - 0.7 oz (20 g) feta
  • cottage cheese - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • olives
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • spices - of choice (thyme, oregano, paprika, black pepper..)
  • seeds mix

How to make

Blend all of the products except the olives and seeds.

Cut the olives into pieces and add them into the mixture.

Then distribute the finished mixture into muffin tins and sprinkle them with seeds.

Bake the savory muffins in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), until they're fully baked (about 20 min).

These einkorn muffins are ideal for a quick meal at work or in the office.
