Ingredients

  • trout - 3 pcs.
  • lemon juice - 1 pc.
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • parsley - 1/3 bunch
  • hot paprika - 1 tsp.
  • melted butter - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • coarse sea salt - by taste
  • black pepper - freshly ground

How to make

For this juicy roasted trout in marinade, preheat the oven to 480°F (250°C).

Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Mix all of the ingredients for the marinade.

Season the washed and dried trout with salt and black pepper and spread it on the outside and inside with the prepared marinade and leave it for 2 hours in a cool place.

Grease a baking pan with melted butter, which is also lined with baking paper on the bottom and place the fish in it, pour it with the remaining marinade and roast it for 15-20 minutes, until it aquires a slightly golden brown color. The roasting time of the fish depends on its size.

Remove the prepared roasted trout from the oven and serve it with a garnish of your choice.
